Every order is made and packed by hand, here on Long Island.

Processing

Orders are usually made and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons this can take a little longer, and we will let you know if it does.

Delivery

We ship within the United States. Delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Packaging

Glass vessels are wrapped and cushioned for transit. If anything arrives broken, send us a photo and we will sort it out straight away.
