We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, get in touch and we will make it right.

Our policy

You may return an unused item within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

For health and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned. This includes candles that have been lit, diffusers that have been opened or activated, sprays that have been used, and wax melts that have been warmed.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, and we will cover the shipping.

How to start a return

Email hello@shopcuratedlongisland.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions.

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
